A slice of my life at 5am

Ramblings

This morning i was all set I had done two bottles. one for my 2 year old with his usual 9oz's of fresh milk and the other one for baby D with half formula half milk.....

D woke first at 5am and i gave him his bottle, sitting back drinking my coffee i smiled happily thinking atleast he is drinking it.
he left about 2 ounces and i thought kewl he drank 7. D went in his playpen while i finished my coffee and at 5:45am i heard J
moving about upstairs.

I put J in his pram while i heated his bottle, cartoons came on the telly so he wasnt bothered waiting.... when his bottle was ready out popped his meme (soother) and in popped his bottle.

I had walked away when i heard a crash i turned quickly to see J's bottle half way across the room strange i thought cause J has no trouble drinking his milk. I gave it to him again and he quite plainly said "ewwwwwww"

Oh god realising my mistake.

D had fresh milk and J was give the two halves
looking from the bottle to D and quite surprised he had drank 7 oz's of fresh milk
laughs making J his bottle up again

Shaking my head..........."well i never"
